Google Docs Stats Tracking

Google Docs has a spreadsheet feature that is very similar to Excel or OpenOffice's Calc. The main reason that I use google docs instead of Clac for this is that I travel a lot for work and really like being able to access my stats from anywhere. That and if, god forbid, something happened to my system I wont lose my months of statistics.

As of right now I am keeping track of my live ring game play and my online mtt tournament statistics via gdocs. I record as much information as I can about the tournament and my play. For now I have the following columns in my spreadsheets: Buy-in, Field Size, Start time, Places paid, Bust(where I busted out at) and percent of hands played. So far I only have a few tournaments in it(less than 100) but I am already starting to see patterns in my placements that directly corresponds to the days and times that I play the tournament.

I have also started keeping a spread sheet for each tournament where I record each hand that I am dealt. The columns in that one are Category(hand category e.g. A,B,C ect), Position (1,2 or 3 for early, mid or late), Raised(1 if the someone raises before me and 0 for unopened pots), Status(1 for a win and 0 for a loss), Amount(plus or minus in percentage of my stack e.g. +15% or -30% etc), Players(total people in the pot with me) and Time(the time the hand was played).

I am looking forward to looking at my stats in a few months and trying to identify when and where I need to focus to improve my game. I am still working on the format for these spread sheets. Once I get the formats and such worked out completely I will post a link to a few templates in case someone else wants to do it too. Any suggestions as to a better format or other information that I should be recording would be greatly appreciated .
